Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Miracle Apps website and mobile applications. Effective August 1, 2026.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using a Miracle Apps product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown in the app or store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Personal, lawful use
You may use our products for their intended personal or professional-support purpose. You may not misuse a product, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, copy or resell protected components, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Independent tools
Miracle Apps products are independent utilities and study companions. Certification-preparation apps are not affiliated with or endorsed by credential owners unless expressly stated. Finance and reporting apps provide organizational or informational tools and are not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information and calculations useful, but cannot guarantee that every result, third-party stream, translation, question, calculation, or report will be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Verify important decisions with the relevant official source or qualified professional.
Subscriptions and purchases
If an app offers paid access, billing is processed by Apple or Google under the terms displayed at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account. Prices, trials, and features can vary by platform, region, and version.
Your content and device
You are responsible for content you import, scan, translate, protect, delete, or share, and for maintaining appropriate backups of important files. Do not rely on one device or app as the only copy of irreplaceable content.
Third-party content and services
Apps may link to or depend on third-party stores, APIs, station streams, authentication providers, or content. We do not control their availability or practices, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
Intellectual property
The Miracle Apps name, product designs, software, icons, and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Miracle Apps disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use a product.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature or product, and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict use when reasonably necessary to protect users, services, or legal rights.
