Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Miracle Apps handles information across our website and mobile applications. Effective August 1, 2026.
Our approach
Miracle Apps builds focused mobile products and aims to use only the information reasonably needed to provide, protect, support, and improve those products. We do not sell personal information.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact support, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, app name, device details you choose to share, and the content of the request. We use it to answer you and resolve the issue.
App permissions
Some apps request access to device features such as the camera, photos, microphone, notifications, biometrics, or files. A permission is requested only when a related feature needs it. You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings.
App and service data
Different apps handle different types of content. For example, cleanup and vault apps work with media you select; scanner and translation apps process content you ask them to read; exam apps may store progress and saved questions; and reporting apps use authorized provider data to show your dashboard. Product-specific disclosures shown in the app and store listing apply to those workflows.
Third-party services
Our apps may rely on Apple, Google, radio-directory, translation, authentication, purchase, crash-reporting, or other platform services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and Miracle Apps does not receive your full payment-card details.
Data retention and deletion
On-device app data can generally be removed by using available in-app controls or deleting the app, subject to device backup behavior. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for service, safety, legal, and operational purposes. You may contact us with a privacy request.
Children's privacy
Our general-audience apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when products, platform requirements, or laws change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
