Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, enabling, or using Grammarify, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Grammarify Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or keyboard extension.

What Grammarify provides

Grammarify is a writing-assistance keyboard with features that may include grammar and spelling correction, rewriting, tone changes, translation, custom assistants, and AI-generated writing suggestions. Features, supported languages, limits, and availability may change as the app develops.

Keyboard access and writing content

You decide when to activate a Grammarify writing tool. When you request a result, the app may use selected text or relevant text available around the cursor to complete that request. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party content unless you have the right to process it and understand the feature you are using.

AI-generated results

Suggestions, corrections, translations, rewrites, and answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or different from what you intended. Review every result before sending, publishing, relying on, or sharing it. Grammarify does not guarantee that output will be error-free, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the text you provide, the instructions you select, the output you accept, and how you use or share the result. Grammarify should not replace professional judgment. Verify important content before using it for legal, medical, financial, safety, academic, employment, or other high-impact purposes.

Acceptable use

Use Grammarify only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm others; create malicious code or unlawful content; bypass usage limits or security controls; interfere with the service; or process content you are not authorized to use.

Your content

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit and results produced for you, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. You grant Miracle Apps and its service providers a limited permission to process your content only as needed to operate the requested feature, maintain security, and comply with law.

Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

Some features or usage levels may require an auto-renewing subscription or other in-app purchase. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your marketplace account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, an auto-renewing subscription may renew and your marketplace account may be charged. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under the marketplace’s policies.

Supporting services

Grammarify relies on supporting systems for cloud processing, analytics, reliability, and subscription management. Their availability and processing practices may apply when you use the related feature. Miracle Apps is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.

Intellectual property

Grammarify’s software, design, branding, icon, interfaces, website content, and original materials belong to Miracle Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as intended.

Availability and changes

We may improve, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, quality, legal compliance, or service availability. Internet-based tools require a working connection and may be affected by provider capacity, device restrictions, or platform changes.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grammarify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of Grammarify, reliance on generated output, loss of content, service interruption, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict or stop access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance, including in response to misuse, security threats, fraud, or repeated violations of these terms. You may stop using Grammarify at any time by disabling or uninstalling it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Grammarify, its providers, platform rules, or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Governing terms

These terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence are not affected.
