Privacy, explained for Grammarify.

This policy explains how Grammarify handles writing content, keyboard access, app preferences, analytics, and subscription information. Effective Date: September 2, 2026.

Overview

Grammarify is an AI-assisted writing keyboard that can correct grammar and spelling, rewrite text, change tone, translate content, and help with writing tasks. This Privacy Policy describes the information processed when you use those features.

Writing content you choose to process

Grammarify processes text only when you actively request an AI feature. Depending on what is available in the app where you are typing, this may include selected text or relevant text around the cursor. The content is sent securely to our service to generate the result you requested. Grammarify does not continuously transmit or log every key you press.

Keyboard access

The operating system requires Full Access for a custom keyboard to use internet-based features. Grammarify uses that access to send a writing request only after you choose an action such as Fix Grammar, Change Tone, Ask AI, or Translate. You can disable Full Access or remove the keyboard at any time in your device settings, but online AI features will then be unavailable.

AI processing

Your selected writing content and feature choices—such as tone, language, or assistant mode—are processed through secure cloud services to generate the result you requested. The systems used to complete a request may change to maintain quality and availability. Technical request information, such as an IP address and request timing, may also be processed for delivery, reliability, and security.

Local preferences

Keyboard settings, selected languages, tone choices, custom assistant instructions, appearance preferences, and cached premium status may be stored locally on your device in an app group shared by Grammarify and its keyboard extension. These settings help the keyboard behave consistently across supported apps.

Analytics and technical information

Grammarify processes limited analytics to understand app opens, feature reliability, subscription events, and general usage patterns. This may include device and app information such as the operating-system version, app version, device type, approximate region, and interaction events. Text you submit for writing assistance is not intentionally included in analytics events.

Subscriptions and purchases

In-app purchases, trials, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your device’s marketplace. Grammarify processes purchase identifiers, entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal status, and relevant purchase dates only as needed to verify subscription status and unlock premium features. Miracle Apps does not receive your full payment-card details.

Data sharing and sale

Miracle Apps does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers when needed to deliver the feature you request, operate the app, measure reliability, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Storage and retention

Miracle Apps does not intentionally add the text submitted for AI suggestions to a personal writing-history database. Requests and technical records may be retained temporarily in operational systems, security logs, or by service providers according to their own retention practices. Local preferences remain on your device until you change them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Purchase records may be retained where required for billing, restoration, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Your choices

You can choose what text to process, stop an AI request by not activating a writing tool, disable Full Access, adjust keyboard settings, review the privacy controls available on your device, manage subscriptions in your marketplace settings, clear local app data, or uninstall Grammarify.

Security

Grammarify uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Grammarify is not directed to children under 13, and Miracle Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the concern.

International processing

Cloud and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and rely on the protections offered by our service providers and applicable law.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when Grammarify, its providers, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
