Personal listening use
By using FM Radio, you agree to use the app for your personal listening and discovery purposes. Please do not use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to copy, scrape, resell, or misuse app content.
Radio streams and availability
FM Radio helps you discover and play radio streams from station and directory sources. Station streams, metadata, logos, countries, languages, genres, and availability may change because they are controlled by radio stations or third-party directory services.
Service availability
We work to keep the app useful, but some stations, streams, charts, search results, CarPlay flows, Siri shortcuts, Shazam results, or sleep timer actions may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted.
Local data and settings
Favorites, recently played stations, and audio quality preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, app settings, network connection, and any data charges from streaming audio.
Content and branding
The FM Radio app design, icon, branding, and related website content belong to Miracle Apps unless we clearly say otherwise. Radio station names, logos, streams, music, and metadata may belong to their respective owners.
