Overview

FM Radio is a radio streaming app built for personal listening. We take your privacy seriously, and this policy explains what data the app uses, how it is handled, and what choices you have.

Data we do not collect

FM Radio does not collect, store, or transmit personal user data to Miracle Apps. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location data, listening history, usage analytics, or crash reports to third-party analytics services.

Data stored locally on your device

FM Radio stores your favorite stations, recently played stations, and audio quality preference only on your device using Apple's SwiftData and AppStorage frameworks.

This local app data does not leave your device and is not shared with Miracle Apps or any third party. You can delete favorites and recents from Settings inside the app.

Third-party station services

FM Radio may use third-party radio station directory services to provide station listings and stream data. These services are used to return station information and do not receive personal user identity information from FM Radio.

Please refer to each station or directory service's own privacy policy for details on how it handles requests.

Children's privacy

FM Radio does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
