1. Use of the App
Cleanup AI is provided to help users review media and selected Gmail inbox items. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, media, contacts, and content that you are authorized to access.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing actions before deleting media, moving Gmail messages to trash, editing contacts, or using protected storage features. Cleanup AI provides tools and suggestions, but the final action remains under your control.
3. Google Account and Gmail Features
Some features require you to sign in with Google and grant Gmail access. By using those features, you authorize Cleanup AI to access limited Gmail data needed to show sender-based cleanup suggestions and carry out user-approved trash actions.
You can stop using Gmail-related features at any time by signing out of the app or revoking access from your Google account settings.
4. Fair Use and Support
Please use Cleanup AI responsibly and only for your own lawful cleanup needs. If something does not work as expected, you can contact us and we will do our best to review the issue and improve the experience.
5. Your Content Stays Yours
Your photos, videos, contacts, Gmail data, and other personal content remain yours. Cleanup AI only helps you review and manage that content inside the app and does not take ownership of it.
6. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update Cleanup AI or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
